APS Estates is an independent property sales, lettings and management agency established in June 1999 at 50 Caledonian Road N1 (Central Office). We opened our second office at 172 Caledonian Road N1 (Islington Office).

I am happy to say that in the years since our inception, we have carved out an enviable reputation as an honest and efficient estate agency that always aims to put our customers first. Our good reputation is in large part thanks to the experience and dedication of our employees.

There is also a booming commercial component to APS Estates. The commercial department launched in the spring of 2001 now boasts many properties in its portfolio - everything from corner shops to office towers, restaurants and clubs.

In December 2004 we have combined our to offices in Caledonian Road to an altogether much bigger office location in 210-212 Caledonian Road, which makes visits far more comfortable for our clients.
