is a Survey?
A comprehensive inspection and report, providing a detailed
picture of the condition and construction of the property.
What type of property is it suitable for?
All residential properties. Particularly properties of an
unusual construction, that are dilapidated, have been extensively
altered or are going to have a major conversion or renovation.
What
is it useful for?
Apart from avoiding unexpected future bills, the report
will give you information and guidance on the cost and urgency
of reparis.
What does it cover?
It is a detailed visual inspection of accessible parts of
a property, but services are not tested.
